La vivienda se diseña, con un programa a medida de vivienda estudio, en una parcela en desnivel en la que se aprovecha la topografía natural del terreno para crear terrazas donde se alojaran los distintos usos de vivienda y de trabajo.
Este escalonamiento nos permite aprovechar al máximo la luz natural, controlar las vistas y extender el programa acorde con los deseos del promotor de una forma longitudinal en el terreno.
La construcción industrializada con el sistema Baupanel® System, la utilización de instalaciones de alta eficiencia energética, fuentes renovables de producción energética, reutilización del agua de lluvia, el uso de materiales naturales para su construcción y un diseño pasivo nos garantizan una Clase Energética A que roza el autoconsumo.

We start a new work!
A year of intense work bears its first fruits.
Initial steps in the construction of a Single-Family House in La Zubia, Granada.
The house is designed, with a tailored studio housing program, on a sloping plot in which the natural topography of the land is used to create terraces where the different living and working uses will be housed.
This staggering allows us to make the most of natural light, control the views and extend the program in accordance with the wishes of the developer in a longitudinal way on the land.
Industrialized construction with the Baupanel system, the use of high energy efficiency facilities, renewable sources of energy production, reuse of rainwater, the use of natural materials for its construction and a passive design guarantee an Energy Class A that borders on self-consumption.
We have months of intense work ahead of us to make this work a reality, which we approach with the utmost enthusiasm!
